Soccer Camp Descriptions
Soccer Skill Camps
These are designed for the youth player interested in advancing their skills, understanding the game, and performance. Ball control and touch exercises are fundamental skill sets practiced daily along with directional moves, dribbling, passing, recieving and shooting. Proper technique is demonstrated in group then practiced in a variety of exciting small games. Players will work with others of similar ability to encourage confidence. Contests, games and team challenges create a fun, competitive environment.
Soccer Camp with Position Training
In each camp players will have skills explained in relationship to use on the field by various positions. Youth players can benefit from specific practice in different positions as they try to determine their interests. Players will "try on" all positions with explanations and supporting drills.
Soccer Camp With Team Training
Teams work together to increase skills as noted under Soccer Camp. Additionally teams will be provided a specific counselor. The director will work with the coach to develop focus drills and goals for the team. Teams will work on technical patterns, drills ,and conditioning.
Soccer Camp With Conditioning
Speed and agility training will replace the Group Technical Instruction each morning. Strength and core training will be included in place of juggling each afternoon.
High School Conditioning
The focus of this camp is to prepare high school players for fall seasons. Strength, flexibility, speed, agility, and ball skills training.
